Abstract: Four star graphs G =𝑲𝟏,𝒍𝟏⋃𝑲𝟏,𝒍𝟐⋃𝑲𝟏,𝒍𝟑⋃𝑲𝟏,𝒍 where 𝒍𝟏 ≤ 𝒍𝟐 ≤ 𝒍𝟑 is a relaxed skolem mean graph if |𝒍 − 𝒍𝟏 − 𝒍𝟐 −𝒍𝟑 | = 𝟏 2 is the main purpose of this research article.
